About Rapid Retail Solutions

Rapid Retail Solutions was established in 2002 as a Point-of-Sale computer company. In September of that following year we became a certified “Digital Dining” Dealer and installed our first system only 3 months later. Since then we have established a large customer base spanning from Houston, Tx to include all of Louisiana, Mississippi, parts of Tennessee, and parts of Alabama. In both 2006 and 2007 we were awarded the honor of 3rd largest Digital Dining Dealer in the nation and we haven’t looked back.

We have since developed strong strategic relationships in the Hospitality and Retail industry allowing us to offer several software solutions to meet the needs of our customers. We have successfully implemented solutions in both the retail and hospitality industry, but our extensive list of products and services extend far beyond basic POS. We are a total solution provider and work closely with our customers to provide all the essential tools for a successful operation. We can provide assistance with Merchant services, loyalty marketing, gift cards, mobile online ordering, digital menu boards, security cameras, etc... You name it, we are here to help. Blaine Habetz – Operations Manager/Sales (2002 – present) Blaine earned a BS in Business Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He then spent 10 years in the casino gaming industry specializing in investigations and internal auditing of the gaming floor, hotels, and restaurant outlets. He played a pivotal role with the inception of RRS and has since worked closely with much of our existing clientele to implement individually tailored solutions. He is currently serving as Operations Manager/Sales Director.

Bryan Lafleur– Installation Manager/Support (2003 – present) Bryan has been working with RRS since 1990. Prior to joining RRS, he was responsible for managing the inventory and purchasing POS system databases for a multi-site company. He began his career with RRS in the Support department and has played a major role in assisting our customers with a wide range of issues. He is now our Installation manager and is responsible for the setup, installation, and integration of our systems.
